Stephen Dent is a licensed CPA and the current president of Dent Inc., an investment banking firm located in Greenwich, CT.

Stephen studied finance at Harvard University and graduated with both a BA and MBA.

His career began when he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent three-years before moving to Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Dent worked in the Merger & Acquisitions Department while he finished graduate school. He then went on to work for the private investment partnership, Rosenkranz & Company, where he managed acquisitions for the company’s own account.

In 1986, Stephen ventured out on his own and started Dent Inc. to specialize in investment banking. In addition to being the company president, Mr. Dent oversees all of the company’s financial investment activities.

When Stephen’s not busy working with numbers, he enjoys spending time with his boyhood hobby of studying marine life.
